We try our best to dispatch your orders as soon as we receive them. Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 working days which majorly depends on our logistic partners. As a customer it is your responsibilities to keep activate your mobile/phone number, tell your complete and proper address at the time of booking your order. So, that orders can be delivered as soon as possible.
Are there any delivery charges?
For watches, Perfumes, Body Sprays and Testers. We offer free cash on delivery. But for other items delivery charges depend on size and weight of the package. Delivery charges will be declared before the order is confirmed.
Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Products cannot be returned but they can be exchanged. You can exchange a product if it is not used and the packaging is still intact. The product must be in the same condition as received and within 3 days of delivery, it is recommended that you get in touch with our sales representatives via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Email as soon as possible and request for exchange. Delivery Charges will be applied on Exchange Goods.
What if I receive a damaged item?
f you identify a problem with the product received get in touch with our customer support within the first 2 days of delivery. Your request will be forwarded to the quality assurance department within four working days to resolve the matter. Our staff is trained for your support only and we assure you that all genuine problems get resolved smoothly..

Do your watches come in boxes?
Yes, our watches are delivered with their special boxes, and pictures of the boxes can be shown upon request. If you want to order original box along with your watch. So, additional charges will apply for box according to its brand.
Do your perfumes come in boxes?
We sell all perfumes with imported branded box packaging
Can you show original pictures of the product before confirming the order?
Yes, you can contact our sales staff via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger and request live pictures and/or videos of the product before confirming your order.
ORDERS AND CHANGES
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Your orders are only confirmed after confirmation via call. If you want to cancel your order you can inform us via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Email with your order number and details before confirming your order or during the confirmation. Once your order is dispatched after getting confirmation from your end. Then, it would not be cancelled and if the order will refuse from your end. So, In that case you will not be able to place order next time.
Can I exchange an item if I don’t like it?
You can request for an exchange within three days of delivery if the product is unused and in the same condition as received with packaging intact. We recommend that you get in touch with our sales representatives as soon as you can and request for exchange.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation call before we dispatch your order. Your order will only be confirmed after your address is verified.
Can I open and check the parcel at the time of delivery?
We dispatch orders through TCS and M&P Courier Services and as per their policies it is not allowed to open parcels without receiving its payment. If you have any doubt related to your booked product or related to the product’s quality. So, you can get the product’s video from our Sales Representative before we dispatch your order.
